Garage Restoration

An area into which we have expanded our business is Garage Restoration. As is the case with all the services provided by Melrose, we have fully dedicated and committed ourselves to extraordinary craftsmanship in this line of work in order to offer our clients the highest quality work. From single story structures to multi-level garages, Melrose has become more involved in the restoration of concrete patching mortars, application of sealants and caulking, total restoration, and both structural and aesthetic renovations.
Brick & Masonry Pointing

Another structural component affected by outside forces is the mortar joint. Mortar joints in the exterior brick or stone surfaces need to be well-maintained in order to prevent structural damage. Melrose's Brick and Stone Pointing services are the solutions to those types of problems. To achieve the best results, we cut each joint to the required depth, then brush and thoroughly clean it. We then remove any loose or broken mortar and dust. Finally, all portions of the surface are then inspected and the joints are dampened, pointed and tooled to restore the surface to its original condition.
Caulking

Knowing that water infiltration into a structure can be a major cause of deterioration in any building, even a new one, Melrose is constantly at work to rectify that situation and prevent water damage. If left unattended, water damage can prove quite costly and problematic. Melrose has extensive experience in dealing with all the various caulking materials available today.
Protective & Decorative Masonry Coatings

Beautification and protection of your building — those are the goals of Melrose Enterprises, LTD. when we apply Protective and Decorative Masonry Coatings to a structure. We offer a wide range of coatings in an array of decorative colors that emphasize the aesthetics of a building while, at the same time, protecting its surface from dirt, deterioration, water penetration and graffiti. We apply our coatings with hand rollers, brushes or by spraying. One example of our decorative coatings is an elastomeric coating, which allows for movement of masonry and provides the attractiveness of a cementitious-textured look.
