Hotel Windsor

BALCONY REPAIR AND RESTORATION

The Hotel Windsor was in need of an extensive Balcony Restoration and Façade restoration for their building. Melrose helped the building owner with a performing the repairs while minimizing any disturbance to its guests.
The Robinson Building

Built in 1943 Melrose performed extensive Cornice and Facade repairs
Boston Holiday Inn

Melrose is a national company and our clients have assets all over the country, for this project a hotelier we work with had a property in Downtown Boston that was in need of extensive repairs and improvements needed to the exterior. We mobilize our crews and completed all the repairs while communicating with the hotel’s management team daily to help prevent any issues for the hotel’s guests.
4418 Spruce Street

Melrose worked with Campus Apartments on the repair and cleaning of one of the apartment buildings. The building need repairs to the masonry and brick but the biggest change came to the property when we cleaned the exterior and obtained some dramatic improvements to the exterior.

COMPLETE RESTORATION

When a building gets older and the exterior is not kept up with, over time a number of things deteriorate and fail. As with this property, it was in need a complete restoration of the all the façade components. Such as - Concrete spalls, Spalled Brick and failed mortar joints, deteriorated caulking and sealant. Melrose has the expertise to handle all the various aspects you may need to restore your building back to its original look.
Philadelphia Royal Sonesta

Complete Exterior Restoration

The Philadelphia Royal Sonesta was in need of a complete over haul to its exterior. The project Melrose was selected to perform included; 100% Caulking replacement, New Roof, Concrete repairs, Installation of a new Waterproof coating, Garage repairs. Melrose successfully completed the project under budget and on time. In addition Melrose successfully handled the project while the interior of the Hotel was going through a complete rehab as well, this meant we coordinated and worked in conjunction with dozens of contractors’ onsite.
1429 Walnut Street

This building was in desperate need of a restorative cleaning. With years of carbon and dirt the Façade had turned black. Melrose was brought in to bring new life to the exterior. With our over 50 years of experience, we were able to achieve dramatic results for the building owners.
Towers of Wyncote

BALCONY REPAIR AND RESTORATION PROJECTS

Melrose performed extensive balcony repairs to all 3 high rise buildings, making resident comfort a priority while maintaining a stringent work schedule.
USDA

SPECIALTY PROJECTS

The USDA Building in Washington, D.C. was restored with high-pressure chemical cleaning, limestone and brick repairs, caulking, Terra Cotta repairs, coating, pointing and bird proofing.

This unique structure was carefully restored back to its original stature as one of the most recognized local landmarks.
St. Peter's

COMPLETE RESTORATION PROJECTS

Melrose's highly trained personnel restored St. Peter's Church to its original majesty. The work involved cleaning, pointing, resetting stone, caulking and marble repairs.
Riverloft Apartments

COMPLETE RESTORATION PROJECTS

Complete restoration, the project included, brick pointing, brick repair, Terra Cotta repairs, cleaning and waterproofing.
Dockside Residence

GARAGE RESTORATION PROJECTS

The community at Dockside selected Melrose to execute and plan to repair and enhance the parking garage used by all the residences. This included various concrete repairs, Sealant work and the installation of a new deck coating.
Rodale Press Inc

WATERPROOFING PROJECTS

The team at Rodale, heavily scrutinized both the bids and the potential contractor to work on their exterior. After reviewing our bid and even taking a tour of our facility, the Team at Rodale felt very comfortable in moving forward with Melrose Enterprises in restoring the exterior of their building.

The Gardens Created By Mr. DuPont Extends A Third Of A Mile Long And Has Numerous Decorative And Ornate Stone Pieces. Melrose Was Requested To Utilize Their Expertise In Restoring Pieces In The Garden.

Masonary Restoration

Melrose was awarded the cleaning and restoration of the Historic Masonry Buttresses. This included Pointing, Masonry Repairs and Power washing all the Masonry.
